Creating Puppet Videos

How does it work?

Fuzzigram’s patented technology uses real animatronic puppets to convert audio into a video. Our puppets act out the scene with your voice and build a final video in seconds!

How do I create the puppet’s voice?

Either record up to 20 seconds of your voice or create one through our text-to-speech feature where our tool will convert your script into a voice of your choosing.

Is it really free?

Yes! Creating puppet videos is completely free! If you’d like to share your video, you can add it to an ecard or digital party invitation for purchase.

Can I save my videos?

Videos can only be saved as part of an ecard or digital party invitation. Otherwise, videos created will be deleted after 24 hours. Make sure to download your video if not adding to an ecard or party invite.

How often do you add new puppets?

All the time! We typically add a new character every month. Additionally, we unveil limited time characters for holidays. Stay up to date with new characters via our email newsletter!

 

Party Invitations

How many guests can I invite?

When you select for Fuzzigram to send your invites, you can create up to 100 guests. Your guests will receive either an email or a text message depending on the contact information you supply. Invite reminders will be sent in the same method, as needed. If you’ll have more than 100 guests or would like to send an invitation yourself, easily obtain a shareable link you can text, email, or post on social media. We’ll still track RSVPs as they roll in!

Can I start with a template?

Of course! We always have you begin your invitation design process with a template. We find it is the easiest way to get your invite out to guests.

How do I edit my invitation?

Editing your invitation is easy. Start by creating a puppet video and once complete, click the Make It A Party Invitation button. If you already have an invitation created, navigate to the Party Invitations page and click the Edit button on your event.

How do I save my invitation?

From the invitation editor page, click the Save button.

How do I send my invitation?

From the invitation editor page, click the Guests tab. Then click the Add Guest button. Enter the name of your guest. Remember: this is the name that will be used in the invitation to your guest! Enter an email or mobile phone number for your guest and click Save. Click Save again to save your invite and you will be prompted to send your invitations.

How can I check the status of my invitations?

Navigate to the Party Invitations page and each event has colored tabs indicating Yes, Maybe, No and Pending statuses. You can click on these tabs to view the guests in each status. You can also click the View & Add Guests button to see your full guest list.

Do my guests get reminders to RSVP?

They do! If guests have not responded to your invitations, they will receive periodic RSVP reminders up to the date of your event.

Do I get notified when my guests RSVP?

By default, you will receive email notifications when guests RSVP, when guests post on your event guest book, and other event notifications. You can turn these notifications off by navigating to the invitation editor page. Click the Details tab and scroll to the bottom. Toggle off Notify me of event activity and Notify me when guests RSVP. Click Save.

How can I view and edit my guest list?

From the Party Invitations page, click the View & Add Guests button.

Can I resend an invitation to a guest?

At this time, you cannot resend an invitation. Your guest will receive reminders and a link to RSVP up to the date of your event. If you would still like to send another invitation to a guest, create a new guest with his/her contact information and send the invite. Additionally, you can click the Get button on the Share invitation link manually option. This will produce a link that you can send to a guests yourself.

Can I send my guests a message?

From the Party Invitations page, click the Send A Message button. Enter your message and select the types of guests that you would like to message. Options include All Invitees, Guests Attending, Guests Not Responded, Guests Maybe Attending, and Guests Not Attending. Optionally, select whether you would like your message to post on your Guest Book for all invitees to see. Once you click Send, the applicable guests will receive the message via the same method they received your invitation (email or text message).

Can my guests post messages on the event? Can I respond to/delete messages as the host?

Yes, yes, and yes! If you have your Guest Book toggled on from the invitation editor page, guests can view and post on your Guest Book that is shown at the bottom of your invitation. If you would like to manage these posts, navigate to the Party Invitations page, click Guest Book on your event. From here, you can view guest posts, reply to a post, or delete a post.

Can I preview my invitation?

Of course! You can preview your invitation from the invitation editor page by clicking the Preview button. Additionally, you can preview your invitation from the Party Invitations page, by clicking the View button.

How can I cancel my event?

From the Party Invitations page, click the Cancel Event button. After you confirm you would like to cancel, a prompt will ask if you would like to send guests a cancellation notification or just cancel the event without sending a notification.

 

eCards

Can I start with a template?

Of course! We always have you begin your card design process with a template. We find it is the easiest way to get you rolling.

How do I edit my eCard?

Editing your card is easy. Start by creating a puppet video and once complete, click the Make It A Greeting Card button. If you already have an eCard created, navigate to the Greeting Cards page and click the Edit button on your card.

How do I save my eCard?

From the card editor page, click the Save button.

How do I send my eCard?

From the card editor page, click the Recipient tab. Enter the from name (this is probably the name of the sender) and the recipient’s name. Remember: these names will be used in the notification to your recipient! Enter an email or mobile phone number for your recipient and click Save. You will be prompted to send your card.

How can I check the status of my eCard?

Navigate to the Greeting Cards page where you will see the Status underneath the card title.

Can I resend an eCard to a recipient?

To resend a greeting card, navigate to the Greeting Cards page and click the Edit button on your eCard. Click the Recipient tab and click the Get button on the Share card link manually option. This will produce a link that you can send to a recipient yourself.

Can I preview my eCard?

Of course! You can preview your eCard from the card editor page by clicking the Preview button. Additionally, you can preview your eCard from the Greeting Cards page, by clicking the View button.

 


Account

How do I create an account?

Navigate to the Signup page where you will be prompted to enter an email and password. You can optionally elect to receive our e-newsletter to stay up to date with new puppets and features.

Is it free to create an account?

It sure is!

How do I logout?

Navigate to the My Account page and click Logout.

How do I delete my account?

Navigate to the My Account page and click Delete Account. You will be prompted to confirm your choice. You will no longer be able to access your account, if confirmed.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Navigate to the Login page and click Forgot Password. Enter the email address you used to create your account. You will receive a one-time code via email that you will enter next. After confirming your code, you can input a new password.

I need a refund for an eCard or digital invitation. Where do I start?

Visit the Contact Us page to submit a ticket with your account email address and information regarding your refund request. Our support team will reach out to begin this process.
